About WGT Consultation

WGT consultation incorporates ongoing direct interaction with clients and their input about what works in treatment for problem sports betting. In addition to coordinating with the UCLA Gambling Studies Program (UGSP) to gather quantitative data post-

discharge on gambling relapse, mental health and overall wellness, we conduct detailed client interviews on the efficacy of WGT, challenges in maintaining abstinence to gambling and recovery planning.

We are the only gambling-specific program in California to offer no-cost recovery support for life to all problem sports bettors after treatment completion. This human connection to our clients serves as the “glue” or connective tissue to education and training on this issue.
